Elite Associates Europe Limited is recruiting a Sales Associate for Selfridges London, a luxury department store. You will deliver a polished, personal client experience and build complete looks while growing your own client book.

We seek someone warm, polished, and commercially minded who can nurture relationships, manage CRM outreach, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury fashion is highly preferred.
• Strong clienteling and CRM experience is important.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Are you passionate about contemporary luxury fashion and creating a genuinely personal client experience?

I’m working with an established British luxury fashion house looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join their team within Selfridges London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves being on the shop floor, enjoys styling and outfit building, and knows how to turn great service into long-term client relationships and strong commercial results.

The Role

You’ll be joining a close-knit team within one of London’s most iconic department stores, representing a brand known for its understated, modern approach to luxury.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Delivering a polished, personal and engaging client experience
• Styling clients across ready-to-wear and building complete looks
• Developing your own client book through strong CRM and consistent outreach
• Building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and increase ATV and UPT
• Partnering with the wider Selfridges team, including Personal Shopping
• Maintaining exceptional standards across VM, stock and the shop floor

Who I’m Looking For

You’ll ideally have experience within premium or luxury fashion, with a strong understanding of what excellent service looks like in a department store or high-end retail environment.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who is warm, polished and naturally commercial. You should enjoy approaching clients, understanding their style and building genuine relationships rather than relying on transactional selling.

Strong clienteling and CRM experience is important, alongside confidence working with targets and KPIs.
