Job summary

Luxury Men's Boutique in Central London is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience and build lasting client relationships. You will achieve monthly sales targets, showcase expert product knowledge, and support CRM activities, appointments, and events.

We offer a base salary up to £35,000 with a monthly bonus up to £600, Sundays off, and travel/lunch support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in luxury or premium menswear.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

We are looking for an experienced client advisor to join a prestigious British Men's Brand, based in a boutique near by Green Park Station, trading hours between Mon - Sat only.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience to clients
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and proactive clienteling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide tailored styling and product recommendations.
• Support CRM activities, build appointments, and attend networking events
• Assist with stock inventory, repairs and online order fulfilment, and other admin tasks
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve boutique objectives and drive overall business performance.

About You

• 1-3 years experience in luxury or premium menswear, or men's accessories brands.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• A positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
