Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana in London is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for our menswear corner in Harrods. You will act as brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and tailoring the client experience to elevate the brand image.

With a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, you will mentor staff, promote products, manage client relationships, and contribute to store standards and KPIs while supporting sales operations on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong selling techniques and professional presentation.

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our menswear corner in Harrods, London.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary

Requirements

• Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
