Job summary

Luxury Men's Boutique in Central London is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience and build lasting client relationships. You will achieve monthly sales targets, showcase expert product knowledge, and support CRM activities, appointments, and events.

We offer a base salary up to £35,000 with a monthly bonus up to £600, Sundays off, and travel/lunch support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in luxury or premium menswear.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong clienteling skills to build lasting relationships.
• Passion for luxury fashion and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience to clients.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide tailored styling and recommendations.
• Support CRM activities, appointments, and events.
• Assist with stock, repairs and online orders, and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve boutique objectives.
