360 Talent seeks a Senior Client Advisor for a prestigious luxury menswear brand in Knightsbridge, London. You will deliver a personalised shopping experience and build a loyal client base through proactive clienteling.

You will drive sales targets, offer expert product knowledge and tailored styling, and collaborate with the team to meet boutique objectives while hosting events across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury or premium menswear or accessories brands.
• Proven sales targets achievement and outstanding customer service.
• Strong clienteling skills and lasting customer relationships.
• Passion for luxury menswear and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully flexible to retail hours; full-time only.

We are looking for an experienced client advisor to join a prestigious British Menswear Brand, based in Knightsbridge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience to clients
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and proactive clienteling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide tailored styling and product recommendations.
• Support CRM activities, lead by example to the team, and build regular appointments
• Assist with admin tasks, cycle counts and hosting events on other sites
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve boutique objectives and drive overall business performance

About You

• Minimum +3 years experience in luxury or premium menswear, or men's accessories brands.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Passion in luxury menswear, and being able to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• A positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The position is full time only, being flexible working retail trade hours

Package:

• Salary up to £35,000 basic
• Monthly commission
