Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana in London is seeking a dynamic Senior Client Advisor to join the Woman Department at Selfridges. You will act as brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus; minimum 3 years' luxury retail experience; strong clienteling and sales skills to achieve targets and KPIs. You will collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and convey the brand story with

• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in luxury retail.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey.
• Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets.
• Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance.
• Fluency in English; other languages considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary
