Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for the Woman department at Selfridges in London.

You will be the brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with international and local customers. Responsibilities include personalizing the client experience, mentoring the sales team, promoting and selling products, maintaining store standards, utilizing clienteling tools and CRM, monitoring stock, and assisting with basic cash operations

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong selling techniques and customer service orientation.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience to elevate the brand impression.
• Support Sales Staff with mentoring and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
• Promote and sell Dolce & Gabbana products by identifying customer needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain store standards according to company guidelines.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand projects with passion.
• Engage clients using clienteling tools and CRM systems.
• Monitor stock levels and support Sales Staff activities.
• Assist with basic cash operations when required.
