Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages considered a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail environments.
• Strong clienteling skills with a memorable client journey.
• Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of meeting targets.
• Solid understanding of store KPIs and driving performance.

• Support sales staff performance with mentoring and smooth shop-floor operations.
