Based at Andover Primary Sch Annexe, Guthrie Park, Brechin.

This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

Responsibilities
  • Working in the school office, you will be responsible for the input of data in the SEEMIS data base, maintaining and updating pupil records and processing school funds including the operation of the IPay system and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget.
  • You will also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.
  • Please note interviews will be held Thursday, 2 October 2025.
Requirements

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
