Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team across client sites, coordinating routine and periodic cleaning and supporting recruitment and staff development.

You will ensure health and safety procedures, training as needed, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness, manage stock and respond to issues promptly under the line manager, based at Warrington, Cheshire.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to a schedule on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning on client sites.
• Ensure staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to Health & Safety procedures; provide training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and material usage; order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and refer to line manager where appropriate.
