Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team at Everton Road Health Centre, Liverpool. You will manage routine and periodic cleaning, recruit and develop staff, and ensure service standards are met on a part-time basis.

You will supervise a team, train staff on health and safety, and ensure adherence to schedules. The role reports to the line manager and is based at the Liverpool site with 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams.
• Good communication and reliability.
• Able to work to a schedule and follow health & safety procedures.
• Experience in recruitment and staff development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team to deliver routine and periodic cleaning at the site.
• Recruit, onboard and develop staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure staff follow task schedules, safety procedures and quality standards.
