Job summary

Daily duties include checks of machinery, monitoring waste, addressing customer inquiries, and completing ad-hoc tasks. The role requires English communication, DBS check, and a willingness to engage in training.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience.
• Good customer focus and service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Good organisational skills.
• Communicative English is essential.
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation.
• Able to complete DBS check and screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/operate cleaning equipment per guidelines.
• Carry out daily and weekly machinery checks and report faults.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Liaise with Site Manager on shift operation.
• Monitor waste using weekly checklists and procedures.
• undert ake cleaning and ad-hoc duties as required.
• Deal with customer complaints and attend training sessions.
• Ensure equipment and materials are secured when not in use.
