Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Ware is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise the cleaning crew and maintain high service standards for a Mitie customer. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with an annual salary of £27,214.

You will oversee routine and periodic cleaning work, ensure staff follow task schedules, train when needed, enforce Health & Safety guidelines, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness and stock levels, and escalate issues to your line manager as required.
