Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Leeds is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to deliver high cleaning standards across the NHS Foundation Trust sites. The role involves managing a cleaning team, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating daily tasks across multiple client sites.

The position is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), with early and late shifts at Newsam Centre and Seacroft Hospital (LS14 6UH). You will drive service excellence, staff development, and a strong commitment to health and safety

Responsibilities

• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
• Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

Rate of Pay: £13.21 per hour
Shift pattern: Early and late shifts
