Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team at our client site in Royston, Glasgow. You will oversee daily tasks, delegate duties, monitor standards, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment across the site.

The role requires leadership experience, flexibility for night shifts (including weekends), and knowledge of COSHH. You will work closely with operatives to achieve KPI/SLA targets and support ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work night shifts including weekends.
• Previous team leader or supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH.
• Ability to motivate a cleaning team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning team; delegate tasks; motivate to meet standards; cover sickness and holidays.
• Ensure deep cleaning standards across the site.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs monthly.
• Carry out regular cleaning audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for a safe environment.
• Maintain strong working relationships among operatives.
• Work as part of a team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor ,who will work at our client’s site at Royston in Glasgow .

Job role requirements as a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

• Are you flexible to meet the needs of the business with regards to working hours , available for nightshift including weekends ?
• Do you have previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience ?
• Do you haveknowledge of COSHH ?
• Can you motivate a cleaning team?

Duties as a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a cleaning team , which includes delegating duties, motivating the team to achieve standards and dealing with sickness and holiday cover.
• Ensuring cleaning standards of deep cleans are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly.
• Carrying out regular cleaning audits .
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment .
• Ensuring strong working relationship with and between operatives .
• Working as part of a team .
