Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team at our client site in Royston, Glasgow. You will oversee daily tasks, delegate duties, monitor standards, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment across the site.

The role requires leadership experience, flexibility for night shifts (including weekends), and knowledge of COSHH. You will work closely with operatives to achieve KPI/SLA targets and support ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work night shifts including weekends.
• Previous team leader or supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH.
• Ability to motivate a cleaning team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning team; delegate tasks; motivate to meet standards; cover sickness and holidays.
• Ensure deep cleaning standards across the site.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs monthly.
• Carry out regular cleaning audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for a safe environment.
• Maintain strong working relationships among operatives.
• Work as part of a team.
