Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is looking for a Cleaner to join our client site. The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 07:00 to 15:00 with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning tasks, operate a mobile toilet unit, and maintain equipment. Training is provided, and opportunities for progression exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred, though full training will be provided.
• Comfortable working alone and in a team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces and keep areas neat and tidy.
• Operate a mobile controlled emission toilet machine.
• Mechanically empty a trains toilet system and resupply with fresh water.
• Daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Perform sweeping, scrubbing and mopping as needed.
• Dispose of rubbish from bins and containers.
• Polish surfaces if required.
• Clean sinks, basins and toilets; clean windows if needed.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for aCleaner, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

4 on 4 off

0700-1500 with 30min unpaid meal break

Duties as a Cleaner

• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
• Operate a mobile (controlled emission toilet) machine
• Mechanically empty a trains toilet system and resupply with fresh water
• Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the equipment
• A practical and theory test will need to be completed and passed after training
• Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Polishing if necessary
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, if needed

Job role requirements as Cleaner
