Job summary

Bidvest Noonan are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a large cleaning team at a prestige client site in Burtonwood. You will oversee sickness and holiday cover, ensure high cleaning standards, and drive safety via adherence to COSHH and health and safety policies.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, a full UK driving license, and a keen eye for detail. Full uniform, holidays, pension and ongoing training are provided as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Supervisory experience leading a cleaners team.
• UK driving license is required.
• Knowledge of COSHH is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a busy site, cover sickness and holidays.
• Maintain cleaning standards across the site and conduct audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Foster strong working relationships with operatives and colleagues.
• Ensure cleanliness of offices, toilets, canteen areas and warehouse.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance tasks.
• Support cinema preparation for public access as part of the team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor,who will work at our client’s prestigious site

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team
