Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives on site, ensuring delivery of high cleaning standards and strong client relationships. The role covers areas Hampshire, Dorset and the wider Wessex region with variable hours depending on business needs, and may include weekends.

You'll manage materials, equipment, and PPE, report issues promptly, and support holidays or extra work. Strong English and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cleaning Operatives on site to maintain high standards.
• Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used and kept in order.
• Report faulty machinery/equipment immediately.
• Ensure uniform and PPE are worn and kept clean.
• Report accidents and dangerous occurrences to the Line Manager.
• Build strong relationships with operatives and clients.
• Be flexible to work at different times and on weekends as required.
• Cover holidays, sickness and extra work as business requires.

Here at Bidvest Noonan we are looking for Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to join us!

As a Mobile Cleaning Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite to ensure we continue to deliver excellent cleaning standards. You will be responsible for driving standards onsite, maintaining client relationships.

Area to be work on is covering Hampshire - Dorset - Wessex

Working time depends of the business request maybe early morning or later afternoons , you will get 01 to 02 days off on week around the weekly route

What the day to day looks like

• Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order


• Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately


• Ensure company uniform is kept clean, tidy and is worn at all times whilst at work. Relevant PPE must be worn at all times


• R eport all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Line Manager


• Build strong relationships with the Cleaning Operative Team and the client


• Prepare to work anytime during the day and including some weekends as business request


• Prepare to cover Holidays, Sickness and any extra work required from Business

Skills & Experience
