Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a sizeable cleaning team at a prestigious site in the United Kingdom. You will supervise daily operations, ensure cleaning standards, and manage sickness/holiday cover to keep the site running smoothly.

You will work to health and safety guidelines, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong relationships with operatives. The role offers training and progression opportunities within a respected facilities services provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners
• Must have a full UK driving license
• Knowledge of COSHH and safety regulations is preferred
• Good eye for detail and strong reliability
• Able to work well in a team and take pride in work
• Flexible to meet business needs and schedules
• Proactive in maintaining high cleaning standards
• Willing to undergo on-going training and development

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a large site, including sickness/holiday cover
• Maintain cleaning standards across the site to meet required KPIs/SLA’s
• Understand and meet monthly KPIs and conduct audits
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Foster strong working relationships with operatives and stakeholders
• Ensure cleanliness of offices, toilets, canteen areas and warehouse spaces
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks and document findings
• Work as part of a team to prepare cinemas for public access

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
