Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations in line with client requirements.

You will manage stock orders, conduct regular quality audits, and build strong relationships with client representatives while supporting recruitment and training of new colleagues.

About The Role

Working pattern: Monday to Saturday - 06:00-08:00

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.

Key responsibilities

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

• Must have right to work in the UK
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
