Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure client specifications are met.

You will manage weekly stock orders, conduct quality audits, and build professional relationships with client representatives to promote services.

You will assist recruitment and training of new team members, contributing to a proactive, safe, and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.
