Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to supervise daily operations on site in West Yorkshire. You will lead a cleaning team, ensuring safety and quality, and act as the main point of contact for the client and site managers.

The role requires hands-on supervision, training new staff, and enforcing COSHH and health and safety standards while delivering high-quality cleaning services to maintain impeccable site standards.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrable people skills or experience coordinating a team.
• Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding.
• Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments.
• Experience in training and inducting colleagues.

About The Role

Working Pattern
Position 1 - Mon - Fri 08:30 - 13:30
Position 2 - Mon - Fri 14:30 - 19:30
Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site?
As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To be the clients/Managers main point of contact on site
• To co-ordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
• To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
