Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to join our facilities management team. The role involves maintaining site services, supervising cleaning operatives, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will roster staff, coordinate activities with the Operations Manager, and deliver excellent customer service to the client. The ideal candidate has cleaning sector experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in supervising teams.

About The Role:

Working Pattern:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - 9am to 12pm

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
• To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in delivering effective customer service
• Supervision capability
• Employee improvement/training
