Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an early-morning cleaning supervisor to lead cleaning teams and ensure services meet quality standards. The role includes rostering, recruiting, and coordinating with the client to achieve site objectives.

The ideal candidate has previous cleaning sector experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager.
• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance.
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment.
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required.
• To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met.

About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Saturday - 6am-9am

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
