Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated cleaning operative supervisor for early morning shifts (6am-9am) Monday to Saturday. You will help maintain service quality on site and work closely with the client and Operations/Contracts Manager.

The role requires experience in the cleaning sector, strong communication, supervision, and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
• To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
