Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to lead our on-site cleaning team and drive top-tier service across our accommodations and facilities. You will set expectations, coach staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations while managing budgets and resources.

You’ll foster development, improve performance, and maintain high standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail and a proactive improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning/facilities leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with large teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
