Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to lead a high-energy cleaning team across accommodations and facilities. You will set standards, drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling and budgets, and ensure safety compliance.

The role is hands-on, coaching staff, resolving issues quickly and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. On-site accommodation is available if needed, with a strong focus on training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cleaning/Housekeeping management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with large teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the cleaning team to meet targets and standards.
• Ensure top guest experience by addressing concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and conduct reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, resources and equipment.
