Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a busy kitchen, drive high-quality meals, and inspire a motivated team. You will oversee performance, training, and day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage schedules and budgets while upholding health and safety compliance, working with a passionate team to continually elevate service levels and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large kitchen teams in roles such as Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or as an experienced Sous Chef.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
