Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning operative to join our team at West Mercia Police, Hindlip Hall, Worcester. WR3 8SP

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

Working Hours and Pay

Days of Work: Thursday - Sunday Hours per day: 4 Weekly hours: 16 Shift times: 07:00 - 11:00

Rate of pay: £12.21 weekdays, £15.64 Saturday, £20.10 Sunday
Notes: Successful applicant will be required to undertake Police Vetting for this role.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning cells and various spaces as required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
Requirements
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
