Here’s your chance to join a dedicated team of operatives carrying out mobile cleaning across the North West area on all types of properties and sites.

We are offering a great opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in this field whether you’re relatively new in this area or more experienced. The cleaning team operate in small teams and so if you like the idea of working together in a close-knit team to get the job done, then this is the role for you.

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Ensure cleaning schedule is maintained.
  • Gutter and bin clean
  • Deal with any customer or client requests.
  • Ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.
  • Attend and participate in training and information sessions relating to Health and Safety and relevant processes.
  • Help us to achieve our aim of becoming the 'contractor of choice' by providing excellent service to our customers and working closely with our partners.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policies.
Qualifications:
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Previous experience delivering cleaning services with client’s requirements.
  • Excellent standards of communication skills both written and verbally in order to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
  • Full awareness of relevant health and safety requirements and considerations.
  • Must be methodical in prioritising your workload to complete jobs by target dates and deadlines.
  • Must be able to work reliably as part of a team.
