Job summary

Sodexo Group in Belfast is hiring a part-time School Cleaner to join its cleaning team at Rathmore Grammar School. You will help keep classrooms, corridors and facilities clean, tidy and safe for pupils and staff.

Working 14 hours per week (Mon–Thu 3:45pm–6:30pm; Fri 3:30pm–6:30pm), you should be reliable, punctual and able to follow health and safety procedures. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential; career development opportunities are available.

About the role

Join our school cleaning team and help keep the school clean, tidy and safe for pupils and staff.

You’ll be:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and shared areas
• Emptying bins and replenishing supplies
• Following cleaning schedules
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Reporting any issues or hazards
• Working as part of a friendly team

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Happy working independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with cleaning duties
• Able to follow Health & Safety procedures
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential

This role is subject to the required safeguarding and pre-employment checks.
