Job summary

South West Norse is recruiting a Cleaner for Taunton, Somerset. This part-time, permanent role requires weekend evening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, with a pay of £12.71 per hour.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to perform routine and ad-hoc cleaning tasks, ensuring standards are met and service levels are maintained for clients and staff.

• Comfortable working independently to your own initiative as well as being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day to day routine cleaning as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required while maintaining hygiene levels across communal areas.

South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Cleaner to join support our teams based in Taunton on a part time, permanent basis.

The Role

Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.

Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage however, at Norse we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate:
