Job summary

Norse Group LTD is hiring a Cleaner for Arcacia House in Yeovil. The role involves carrying out routine and ad-hoc cleaning duties at Stoke Hill Primary School, delivering a high standard of cleanliness and customer service in a client-facing environment.

The position is part-time (15 hours per week) with shifts Monday to Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Training is provided, and employees benefit from a pension scheme and leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and the public.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Cleaner to join our established team at Stoke Hill Primary School on a permanent, part-time basis.

The Role:

Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.

Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

Our Successful Candidate:

If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage however, at Norse we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate:
