Cleaner & Key Holder (School Site Support)

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cleaner and Key Holder to support A fantastic caretaker and wider school community. You will be joining a committed and friendly staff team and working in an environment that is supportive, rewarding, and welcoming.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday — 7:00am-9:00am & 3:30pm-6:00pm (Term time only)

These hours can be discussed and amended where possible. There may also be opportunities for additional hours in due course. This is a Term Time only position, ideal for working around family needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cleaning designated areas of the school, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying waste bins.
• Cleaning and maintaining toilet and washroom areas.
• Monitoring, replenishing, and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Carrying out additional cleaning duties as required, including deep cleaning during school holidays.
• Opening and locking the school buildings, including setting alarms and ensuring site security.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Be proactive, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Have relevant cleaning experience (preferred, but training can be provided).
• Be willing to learn and follow Health & Safety procedures.

• Be confident and comfortable being the last person on site when required.
