Job summary

A well-known restaurant chain in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an early morning cleaner to join the team. The position involves cleaning the restaurant before it opens, with hours from approx. 7:15am - 11:00am Mon-Fri and 8:00am-11:00am Sat and Sun. Ideal candidates will have cleaning experience, be over 18, and be detail-oriented. Competitive pay of up to £18 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of professional cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred.
• Must be over 18 years of age due to insurance restrictions and licences.
• References or identifiable employment history required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, hoover, and mop the front of house areas.
• Dust decorative artifacts and surfaces in the front of house area.
• Polish brass on the bar and doors.
• Clean customer toilets.
• Sweep, hoover, and mop the staff area and offices.
• Wipe over the inside of the restaurant windows.
• Perform other general cleaning duties.

Overview

We are currently looking for an early morning cleaner to join the team at Smith & Western. Working as part of the cleaning team the hours of work are approx. 7:15am - 11:00am Mon-Fri and 8:00am-11:00am Sat and Sun cleaning the restaurant before it opens. Shifts will include a mixture of days including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, hoovering and mopping the front of house areas
• Dusting the decorative artifacts and surfaces in the front of house area
• Polishing the brass on the bar and doors
• Cleaning the customer toilets
• Sweeping and hoovering and mopping the staff area and offices
• Wiping over the inside of the restaurant windows
• Other general cleaning duties
