KPA Enterprises are an expanding Property Management Company located across the Midlands, currently controlling 40+ HMO rooms. Locations vary between Wolverhampton, Dudley, and Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Standard and/or Deep Cleaning of communal areas such as receptions, kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways.
• End of tenancy cleans.
• Waste removal.
• Inspections.
