A local educational institution in Little Missenden is looking for a dedicated Class Teacher for Holmer Green First School and Pre-School. Holmer Green First School and Pre-School is situated on Watchet Lane, in Holmer Green village, nestled on the edge of the Chiltern Hills. One of three state schools in the village, the school serves the local community and has a great community feel.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for Early Years to teach in our wonderful school. Could this be you? This part time role will be for 2 days a week. The role will entail planning and teaching high quality lessons and carrying out assessments which are in line with the approach embodied in the Early Years Foundation Framework. A knowledge of Tapestry would be beneficial, although training will be provided. You will need to be skilled at planning and setting up open ended continuous provision activities as well as creating an inspiring learning environment for the children. You must be passionate about the Early Years and truly believe that children can learn through playful opportunities.
