Job summary

Temp Station Ltd, a UK logistics labour provider, has multiple Class 1 vacancies to work on afters/nights at our Rotherham site. The role involves trunk runs and trailer swaps at set hubs nationwide with no manual handling required.

Work times vary with starts between 13:00 and 00:00, Monday to Friday. Start dates are staggered over the coming weeks and roles are agency-based with possible variability week to week.

Qualifications

• Full C+E license with Digi Card and CPC.
• 1 year experience required for insurance purposes.
• Good communication skills.
• No DD, DR, IN codes and no more than 6 points on license.
• In-house CPC training available at reduced cost.

Responsibilities

• Trunk run/trailer swaps at set hubs nationwide.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policy.
• Communicate with transport office.
• Complete paperwork in an orderly manner.
• Work to all WTD rules.
• Set run with timed drops; starts between 13:00 and 00:00, Monday to Friday.
• Start dates vary over the next few weeks.
• This role is agency work and adhoc not guaranteed every week.

Temp Station is a logistics labour provider across the UK

Due to client growth we have a number of class 1 vacancies to work on afters/nights for one of our National Blue Chip clients running out of Rotherham (S66)

The average is around 3 to 4 trailer swaps, there is no manual handling involved

Key Responsibilities:

• The role will be a trunk run/trailer swaps at set hubs nationwide
• Ensure the company's Health and Safety policy is adhered to
• To communicate with transport office
• To complete all paperwork in an orderly manner
• To work to all WTD rules
• This is a set run with timed drops working Monday to Friday on a range of start times between 13.00pm and 00.00am
• Start dates various over the next few weeks
• This role is agency work and adhoc not guaranteed every week

Skills and Experience

• Full C+E license, Digi Card, and full CPC required.
• 1 Years' experience required for insurance purposes.
• Good communication skills required.
• No DD, DR, IN's and no more than 6 points on your license.
• We can also offer Temp Station drivers uniform and in-house CPC training at a reduced cost.

PAY RATES

• PAYE - £18.50 - £20.73
• PAYE drivers only
