Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to process claim applications, check disbursements, handle refunds, and respond to escalated enquiries on claims.

You will collate data for regular reporting, provide general administrative support, and undertake additional tasks as assigned. Diploma holders with 1–2 years in related processing are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma holder.
• 1–2 years' experience in processing claims, disbursement and refunds.
• Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel/ Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process claim applications.
• Check for disbursement.
• Handle exceptions and refunds.
• Attend to escalated enquiries on claims.
• Collate data/information/statistics for regular reporting.
• Provide administrative support.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
