We are seeking talented individuals to join our claims teams in Norwich. These roles are hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office per week.

Full training and support will be provided. If you excel at delivering excellent service with attention to detail and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you! Previous claims or insurance experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a genuine interest in insurance are also encouraged to apply.

Please note: These are not call centre roles; they are technical positions working on large, complex, global insurance contracts involving multiple insurers and high-value placements.

Gain exposure to the commercial insurance industry and develop your expertise while working autonomously to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling new claim notifications, updates, and collection requests.
• Negotiating with insurers and suppliers for favorable settlements.
• Reviewing policy wordings for optimal claim outcomes.
