Job summary

Unum UK is recruiting a Claims Coordinator who will support customers through their claims journey with empathy and accuracy. This entry-level role is based in Dorking or Basingstoke with hybrid working (8 days in the office each month).

You will register new claims, handle inquiries by phone and email, and keep records up to date across systems. No previous claims experience required, just a proactive and customer-focused approach.
