Allianz Management Services Ltd. is seeking a Claims Resolution Handler (Level 1) in a hybrid role across Bournemouth, Leeds, or Chelmsford. Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, explain decisions clearly and handle objections.
• Confident negotiation skills to support effective complaint resolution.
• Customer-first approach with empathy, understanding concerns and providing clear, compassionate support.
• Ability to stay calm, focused and organised when managing competing priorities or challenging conversations.
• Proactive problem solving with confidence to make decisions and know when to elevate.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers, suppliers, insurers, solicitors, uninsured loss recovery agents and internal teams to progress claims and related queries.
• Validating claims with customers and investigating alleged non-involvement claims.
• Negotiating and settling third party vehicle and property damage claims.
• Taking ownership of more complex conversations to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.
• Balancing customer service with commercial awareness, ensuring timely, well-explained decisions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and support a high-performing claims team.
