Role Overview

An established and highly rated national law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join its expanding Consumer Litigation team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied caseload of civil disputes, including subrogated recoveries, housing disrepair, debt recovery, and enforcement matters. The firm offers full retraining for solicitors from a personal injury background, a strong career progression structure, and an uncapped commission scheme rewarding every successful case.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 2 years’ PQE)
  • Proven experience in managing a varied civil litigation caseload
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Confident advising clients and conducting hearings
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure
  • Experience using Proclaim case management system advantageous
