Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Client & Work Winning Lead for Civil Infrastructure to drive growth, client engagement and bid disciplines across the Civil Business Unit. You will report to the Head of Discipline and lead priority pursuits from positioning to submission.

This role requires strong civil engineering expertise, broad sector knowledge, and a proven ability to win work through strategic planning, collaboration and market insight. Hybrid working within the UK is available.

Qualifications

• Strong Civil engineering experience with Civil Infrastructure sectors and services.
• Experience in client engagement and bid/no-bid processes.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to promote growth and ownership for client engagement and work winning in Civil Infrastructure.
• Manage and strengthen the pipeline to ensure sustainable workload and long-term performance.
• Lead capture planning and deliver winning proposals for priority opportunities, including leading key pursuits.
