Job summary

WSP is seeking a Client and Work Winning Lead for Civil Infrastructure in the UK to shape growth and secure major opportunities. You will report to the Head of Discipline for Civil Infrastructure and drive client engagement, pipeline development and winning proposals across our Civil Business Unit.

You will lead capture planning, align with regional teams, and guide bid quality and commercial strategy to win key opportunities with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong civil engineering, transport or infrastructure experience.
• Established networks across clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.
• Track record in securing new work via capture planning and bids.
• Experience using market intelligence to improve win probability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to grow client engagement and work winning.
• Manage and strengthen the pipeline for sustainable workload.
