Job summary

WSP is seeking a Client and Work Winning Lead for Civil Infrastructure to drive growth, engagement with clients, and robust bid discipline across our Civil Business Unit. The role requires leadership, strategic insight and hands-on drive to convert opportunities into sustainable workloads.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to shape win themes, manage priority pursuits from positioning to submission, and strengthen governance around bid processes for major opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Civil engineering, transport and / or infrastructure experience.
• Established networks across clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to move between strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.
• Track record in securing new work through capture planning and bidding.
• Experience using client insight and market intelligence to shape positioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that promotes growth and client engagement in Civil Infrastructure.
• Strengthen our pipeline of opportunities to provide confidence in workload and performance.
• Lead capture planning and deliver winning proposals for strategic opportunities.
• Embed best practice and lessons learned to develop pipeline visibility and win rates.
• Develop relationships and form teams with contractors and consulting partners for major opportunities.
