Job summary

WSP is seeking a Client and Work Winning Lead for Civil Infrastructure to drive growth, engage key clients, and shape winning proposals across our Civil Infrastructure portfolio. The role focuses on leadership in capture planning, strategic client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to secure major opportunities.

You will develop and own win strategies, align bids with client needs, and support the development of long-term workload and regional growth plans within the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong Civil engineering, transport and/or infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading client engagement and work-winning activities.
• Robust understanding of public and private sector procurement.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership promoting growth and client engagement in Civil Infrastructure.
• Manage and strengthen pipeline of opportunities to ensure sustainable workload.
• Lead capture planning and deliver winning proposals for strategic opportunities.
• Shape win themes, client messaging and commercial strategy.
• Develop and use strategic client plans for priority clients and sectors.
