Job summary

WSP is seeking a Client and Work Winning Lead for Civil Infrastructure in the UK. You will drive client engagement, shape pipeline strategy and lead high‑stakes bids across civil sectors. The role requires strong sector knowledge, strategic mindset and senior collaboration with regional teams.

You will report to the Head of Discipline for Civil Infrastructure and work within a broad UK portfolio, delivering growth and winning opportunities through effective capture and proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong civil engineering and infrastructure knowledge across civil sectors.
• Proven ability to engage clients and win work at scale.
• Experience leading capture planning and bid development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to growth and client engagement in Civil Infrastructure.
• Strengthen the pipeline to enable sustainable workload and planning.
• Lead capture planning and deliver winning proposals for priority opportunities.
• Embed best practice and visibility for pipeline and bids.
• Shape win themes, client messaging and commercial strategy.
• Develop strategic client plans for key clients and sectors.
• Support disciplined bid/no-bid decisions to focus efforts.
• Collaborate across business units to create new offerings.
