Job summary

WSP is seeking a Client and Work Winning Lead for Civil Infrastructure in the UK. The role focuses on client engagement, pipeline development, and leading bid activities across civil transport and infrastructure sectors. You will collaborate with leadership to drive growth and win major opportunities.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop strategic client plans, and ensure rigorous governance of bids to secure sustainable workloads and strong performance for the Civil Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Strong civil/infrastructure domain knowledge across roads, rail, assets or similar.
• Proven ability to lead client engagement and growth initiatives.
• Track record in capturing opportunities and improving win probability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to grow client engagement and work winning in Civil Infrastructure.
• Strengthen and manage the pipeline for sustainable workload and long-term planning.
• Lead capture planning and deliver winning proposals for strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Civil Growth Leads to improve pipeline visibility and bidding excellence.
• Shape win themes, client messaging and commercial strategy with teams.
• Develop and implement strategic client plans for priority accounts.
